Welcome to FOD Zero Academy. Please read these terms of use carefully before using the site.
Last updated: October 21, 2026.
These terms govern access to and use of the FOD Zero Academy website and its courses. By creating an account or using the site, you accept these terms as well as our
privacy policy and our
cookie policy. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
FOD Zero Academy is operated by
MonPanierDeFrance Inc. (NEQ 2277386365). Email:

In these terms, “we” means MonPanierDeFrance Inc. and “you” means any person who uses the site.
To take a course, you must create an account with accurate and up-to-date information. Your account is personal: you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity carried out with your account. Let us know right away of any unauthorized use. A certificate is issued in the name of the account holder: taking a course or answering a quiz on behalf of another person is not allowed.
Courses are available online, on a computer, tablet or phone, with an Internet connection. The access period for each course is shown on its presentation page. We may update course content to improve it or to reflect changes in practices.
Some courses are offered free of charge. For paid courses, the price, applicable taxes and access conditions are clearly shown before purchase. Prices are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated.
Payment is due at the time of purchase and is processed by a secure payment provider. The cancellation and refund conditions for each course are specified at the time of purchase. Nothing in these terms limits the rights granted to you by Quebec's Consumer Protection Act.
A company may purchase access for its employees. In that case, the company is responsible for the enrollments it makes and may receive its employees' progress, results and certificates for the courses concerned. Specific conditions may apply and are then set out in the agreement with the company.
A FOD Zero certificate is issued when you pass a course's final assessment at the stated threshold (for example 80% correct answers). It certifies that you completed the course and passed its assessment on the date shown. Each certificate has a unique ID that allows its authenticity to be verified.
The validity period of a certificate is stated for each course (for example, no expiration for the free module). The certificate is not a license, a regulatory qualification or a work authorization, and does not replace the training or qualifications required by your employer or by the authorities.
The site, courses, texts, images, videos, quizzes, logos and FOD Zero trademarks are protected by intellectual property laws and belong to MonPanierDeFrance Inc. or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the courses for your own learning. Copying, recording, distributing, reselling or modifying all or part of the content without our written permission is prohibited.
You agree not to: share your account or login details; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or to other people's accounts; disrupt the site; extract content by automated means; or use the site for illegal purposes. We may suspend or close an account that does not follow these rules.
FOD Zero courses are designed for training and awareness in the prevention of foreign object debris and damage (FOD). They do not replace the procedures, manuals, instructions and requirements of your employer, the manufacturer or the civil aviation authorities, which always take precedence. If you have any doubt about a practice, refer to your supervisor and to the procedures in force in your organization.
We make reasonable efforts to keep the site available at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The site may be temporarily unavailable, in particular for maintenance, updates or technical problems beyond our control.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the site or the courses, or from the way the content is applied in a workplace. This limitation does not apply where the law prohibits it, in particular under consumer protection law, or in the case of intentional or gross fault.
We collect and use your personal information in accordance with our
privacy policy, which describes your rights and how to exercise them.
You can ask us to close your account at any time by writing to
contact@fodzero.com. We may suspend or close an account in case of a breach of these terms. Closing an account may result in the loss of access to courses and to your learning history.
We may change these terms. The current version is published on this page, with its last-updated date. If we make an important change, we will let you know by email or through a notice on the site. If you continue to use the site after the changes take effect, you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Quebec, subject to the rights granted to consumers by law.
